THE OPPORTUNITY

Join EdgeUP Technology as a Business Development Representative identifying high-net-worth prospects building custom homes across Pennsylvania and Delaware's most affluent markets. Working from the field and our Design Center in Lancaster, PA, you'll connect luxury homeowners with smart home solutions before their builders lock in trades.

THE ROLE

Hunt for prospects building $1.2M+ homes across Chester County, Lancaster County, the Main Line, and Delaware coastal communities. Your mission: identify opportunities early, bring qualified prospects to our Design Center, and hand off to sales executives who close substantial smart home projects.

This is a field-based position requiring daily territory travel (approximately 120 miles/week, mileage reimbursed). You'll visit construction sites, meet builders on location, and host prospects at our Design Center.

TERRITORY & IDEAL LOCATION

  • Core Coverage: Malvern, Wayne, West Chester, Radnor, Villanova (Main Line suburbs)
  • Extended: Mechanicsburg to Allentown, York to State College, Delaware coastal communities
  • Ideal candidates reside in Chester County with established knowledge of the territory

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Research construction permits and luxury lot sales using county systems
  • Visit active construction sites to connect with builders, architects, and homeowners
  • Execute targeted outreach to lot owners, custom builders, and interior designers
